Offset printing transfers ink from an engraved cylinder via a blanket onto the tube surface, enabling highly detailed, photographic-quality graphics with fine gradients. Screen printing pushes ink directly through a mesh stencil, depositing a thicker ink layer that produces bolder, more tactile color with excellent opacity on dark tube substrates. Intellectual property protection is a legitimate concern when sharing brand artwork, Pantone specifications, formula-compatible material selections, and packaging innovations with an overseas manufacturer. We have a standard agreement that states that your brand’s artwork is your own.
Tube diameter directly influences consumer perception, dispensing behaviour, and on-shelf presence. Narrower diameters create a premium, precise dispensing experience, while wider diameters are optimised for high-volume dispensing. From a formulation standpoint, high-viscosity products require a wider nozzle diameter (proportional to tube diameter) to dispense without excessive pressure.
First, your approved artwork is applied to a 3D tube render for layout and colour review. Second, digital print sample: a physical tube is produced using digital printing (not the final offset process) for a dimensional and colour directional check. Then, a test run is done with the chosen print method. If this works out well, we move forward with bulk printing.
K-beauty packaging typically calls for soft pastel base, fine-line illustration, holographic or iridescent hot stamping foils, and gradient or ombre print. These are best delivered with offset printing and hot stamping. Scandinavian minimalism uses the tube’s natural appearance, single-colour typographic layouts, and subtle textural elements. This is best done with silk-screen printing.
